Soe Thet Ko Ko is the firm’s senior associate and litigation attorney with over 15 years of experience. He joined the firm in 2012 as a junior associate, and he qualified as an advocate in 2018. He is also a certified trademark agent of Myanmar.
Soe Thet majorly focuses on intellectual property law, real estate transactions and contractual arrangements, legal research and commercial matters. He regularly advises international and local clients on a wide range of Myanmar laws, including trademark protection, property transfer, commercial matters and family law.
He obtained a fundamental intellectual property rights certificate from the Myanmar Intellectual Property Proprietor Association. He attended the trademark agent training program organized by the Department of Intellectual Property Myanmar in 2023.
