Aye Aye Khaing is a partner and co-head of the international relations section of the firm, possessing extensive expertise in intellectual property law and brand protection. With over 20 years of experience in the field, she is a certified trademark agent who joined the firm in 1994 as a junior foreign relations officer.
Her primary area of focus is intellectual property law, and she provides counsel to both international and local clients on matters related to trademark registration, enforcement of trademark rights, and brand protection on both local and regional levels. In 2013, Ms. Khaing attended the WIPO summer school program on intellectual property rights at Bangkok University in Thailand and has participated in numerous international conferences addressing issues related to intellectual property rights.
As an advocate for trademark rights, she is frequently recommended by leading corporations for her expertise in brand registration and protection. Additionally, Aye Aye Khaing regularly contributes her insights through the firm’s publications.
