Partner and co-head of the international relation section of the firm with extensive intellectual property laws and brand protection knowledge.
Aye Aye Khaing is a partner of the firm and a certified trademark agent with over 20 years of experience. She joined the firm in 1994 as a junior foreign relation officer.
She mainly focuses on intellectual property law and regularly advises international and local clients on trademark registration, trademark rights enforcement, and brand protection locally and regionally.
She attended the WIPO summer school program on intellectual property rights at Bangkok University Thailand in 2013 and participated in numerous international conferences related to IPRs. She is the trademark rights advocate and is consistently recommended by leading corporations for brand registration and brand protection. She constantly contributed her thoughts through the firm’s publications.
