Hnin Yee Htay is the firm’s senior associate and litigation attorney with over 15 years of litigation and dispute resolution experience. In 2013, she qualified as an advocate and joined the firm in 2017.
She mainly focuses on enforcement, real estate transactions, contractual arrangements and dispute resolution practices. She consistently advises international and domestic clients on trademark infringement, enforcement, property transfer, commercial contractual arrangement and dispute resolution.
She obtained a fundamental intellectual property rights certificate from the Myanmar Intellectual Property Proprietor Association. She also attended the trademark agent training program organized by the Department of Intellectual Property Myanmar in 2023.
